Mark Lyken A dark and unnerving journey from low bit master, pulselooper. It's hard not to view the record through the lens of the pandemic and Brazil's political crisis. It feels simultaneously fearful, defiant, hopeful. Death disco, shot through with genuine warmth. Best listened to from start to finish, in one sitting with the lights off (although you may need to switch them back on from time to time to make sure all is well). Favorite track: MD1_06.

    This is a limited edition, homemade 3.5" Floppy Disk with 34m16s of music data, crunched into barely 1.40 megabytes. The songs are in Impulse Tracker (.it) module format. You can listen to them using VLC or XMPlay, but the sound replay won't be as good as when using OpenMPT or Schismtracker. Also, you can remix the tracks on those.

    Random stickers included!

    Due to the COVID-19 pandemic I'll be going to the post office once a week. So please expect 1~6 days for shipping out your order.

These Impulse Tracker modules were tracked mostly on OpenMPT, which
is my favorite sample-based music creation tool. You can use XMPlay,
VLC or Winamp to listen to them, but the sound replay won't be
as good as when using OpenMPT or Schismtracker.

Also, you can remix the tracks on those last two.

MD(module disk)1 is hopefully the first of a following floppy disk
releases series. Let's see how it goes.
